Barry: Thanks. What? All I smell is coffee.

Barry: That’s my favorite? I was thinking more like a big omelette with home fries and toast.
Rachel: You know that’s not healthy.
Barry: Did you say favorite? Or did you say healthy?
Rachel: Very funny. I’m up early, coffee is ready, I made you the best breakfast in the world, I’m writing up the recipe for the new post and ………
Barry: And what?
Rachel: And what? I’ll give you and what. What’s wrong with you?
Barry: OK, OK, never mind. Is it nice and cold and thick? The way I like it?
Rachel: It’s been in the fridge for half an hour.
Barry: I’ll chill it in the freezer for a bit, thicken it up some. Would you like another cup of coffee?
Rachel: Yes, thanks.
Barry: What are you working on?
Rachel: What am I working on? I just told you! The recipe for the blog post!
Barry: Right, right. Send me the layout when you’re done I’ll do my shtick. Here’s your coffee.
Rachel: Thanks. Just a few minutes…….OK - sent. Check your docs.
Barry: Let me see…..Nicely done… just a few more minutes…. OK - that’s it. What do you think?
Rachel: I think you think you're funny.
Barry: No, really, do you like it? BTW, this tastes amazing!

Add sweetener of choice and cocoa powder to almond milk. Next: whisk in chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again. Let sit for another 25 minutes (chill to taste).

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Place mixture in to refrigerator to chill.
The chia seeds will soak up most of the milk and the mixture will turn into a delicious pudding.
Try mixing it in the evening and leaving it in a fridge overnight for a thoroughly chilled, thicker texture. Top it with berries and enjoy.
